With few exceptions, readers of the indictment held true to the original text. Although major news outlets have identified by name five of the six Co-conspirators listed in the indictment (see below), the readers do not say their names. The exception is “The Defendant”, immediately identified in the indictment as “Donald J. Trump” and, therefore, referred to as “Trump” throughout the reading.
